Hai good morning !! Premature greying happens in few of them.
It depends on genes (hereditary- any of the ancestors) , deficiency of vitamins.
As only two strands of hair don't worry don't prick them leave normally.
Check with Paeditrician if having any vitamin deficiency .
Give balanced diet with protein, iron rich foods - leafy vegetables, carrot, beet root, jaggery, pomegranate, sweet potato, flaxseeds, egg,fish, fruit and vegetables,goose berry, garlic in regular diet.

start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. 
offer more liquid and fruits. 
massage scalp regularly with coconut oil  . . .
