ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. you need to visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get a proper clinical examination and treatment done. these are cavities so do not ignore. milk teeth are as important as the permanent teeth

Ben please consult paediatric dentist on this because a doctor actually asked first exam in the situation as on that basis only they will be able to help you properly on their Sushil citizen or department of a paediatric dentist you can consult them whenever feasible to you
