my 2 year old daughter...today she having less urine..yellow color and feels itching and jalan..what to do

There could be some meditational infection in to the vaginal area of the child probably which is why this is happening go ahead with giving really good amount of liquid to the child and please consult your paediatrician as well that is going to be very important
