my 2 year old boy passing stool like water so what can I do....plz reply

Hello mom could most probably be a stomach infection .. so avoid forcing him to eat if he doesn’t wish to , make sure he is well hydrated .. give some liquids such as water and give some home made ORS , lemon water or coconut water would be helpful. Semi solids can be given

SwatiMom of 3 children4 years agoA. My child had also the same problem. After a long time, I got the reason that the water coming to our city is not clean, I mean not fit for drink. Then, I installed RO water purifier and after it, I got relax. So, may be this would be the reason in your case as well.
