My 2 year old boy has patches on legs, when observed closely. It looks like discoloration of skin like pale and red skin. is this a sign of some sort of deficiency. Please guide

so, Consultation with doctor personally , is required because examination of the baby is necessary to arrive on a conclusive diagnosis and prescribe accordingly.
Maintain adequate hygiene to prevent risk of infection and stay safe
