offer choice between two fruits / food any one of which you may want him to try.
yourself eat the fruit that you want him to try and explain its texture, flavour to the kid and ask whether he would like to give it a try
don't be pushy but be gently encouraging
remember it's a phase it will pass

Author of questionMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. I tried giving multiple choices but no use and I never force her to eat cause she vomits..if she likes anything she will enjoy it if she doesn't like it she never taste it
