Q.

my 2 year old baby boy can't eat anything.. only eat a bit...and then vomited... what I do sir.... ?

A. U Have to consult your doctor only for a checkup and medicine this reason is possibly that the child is unable to digest any kind of thing it’s mostly weak digestion or indigestion which is why your child is vomiting every now and then and then had to be treated properly with the course of medicine
