My 2 year daughter understands everything but not able to speak every word.every day addition of new words in vocabulary but someday she speaks new word even sentences and someday only me me type babbling and indicate by finger what she want.how to encourage her to speak properly. Her vocabulary is around 50-60 word and 2 words sentences also like kya hua,kaha hai,thik hai etc…

Regarding Speech  Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interactiogn with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech does not comes even by three years odf age you need  to consult your doctor for a proper assessment of the child .

hello dear the baby is just 2 years old and according to her age she is going very well no need to take any kind of tension just keep on adding new words to the vocabulary and keep on repeating the old words .
as the baby grows she will speak more and more words  on her own.
