my 2 year 4 months baby boy is eating walls and he has delay speech.

Your child could be suffering with the deficiency of calcium which is why your child is eating all these things and if there is a delay in the speech of your child then you should consult a speech therapist they’ll advise you with the therapist that you can use for your child for better speech over the period
