my 2 weeks old baby is being top fed along with Breast milk. she's pooping after every feed. yellow colour poop. is this normal?

A. thats ok in infant. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. Yeah it is absolutely normal if the child is passing motion immediately after taking a feed .. so do not worry about it as that’s very very normal .. also if the child passes green motion anytime then too it’ll b normal
