my 2 nd month baby girl last 20 days back started formula feed that time poop is grey colour is still continuing in last 2 days breast milk drink 160 ml that time poop is yellow and grey colour

When the child is having any kind of exclusive complimentary feeding apart from breast feeding it is completely normal natural for them to have green the green and grey coloured motion so you can check for da and further more if you see anything is more wrong with that then you can check with your doctor to have better clarity on that

when u start to give ur baby cow milk thn colour will be changed
