Q.
My 2 month old baby is farting and that is so smelly. He passes stool day by day. And in this one time his potty in large portion . He passes urine 8-10 times a day. Is anything wrong with my food because he is on exclusive on breastfeed? Should I give home digestive drop? Should I follow any diet? please suggest me

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Gas in babies is common as they gasp air while taking feed release as burping and gas.
Do regular massage with warm castor or coconut oil gently massage for 5-10 minutes in clockwise direction .
This will help in relieving gas,constipation issues.
Burp well after every feed .
Continue breast feed ,mother have to take easily digestable foods,more water,fluids for hydration,easy digestion.
