My 2.9 yrs old daughter doesn't like to eat food. Everyday every meal time is a struggle for us to make her eat food. She refuses to eat sabji, chapati, daal chawal after 2-3 bites. Is this normal for a child of this age? What should I do so that she ate all her food?

A. hi dear There are a few steps you can take to increase your child's calorie intake until they reach a healthy weight, while still providing a healthy diet. bulk up mashed potato by putting milk or cheese in it. put grated cheese on beans on toast. make milk puddings. make soups with milk instead of water.
