my 2.9 yr old daughter suffers from excessive gas pains ...she has constipation also.....what should I do

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. dear mom. gases are due to constipation.. to relive from ot, give prune juice , it is a good laxative for babies. do tummy massage. offer lots of fluids
