my 2.9 months boy has erections before going to sleep and after he wakes up. is it normal?

A. Usually it’s a very early age you don’t see these things with the child but if you’re constantly seeing that it’s happening and there is no harm discussing the issue with your doctor maybe your doctor will be able to give you better clarity on this
