A. if the growth of the child is proper there is no need to worry about the sweating pattern in the child. but if you feel that the child is having some other problems also get the child examined by the doctor. you can apply regular baby powder on the sweating areas. if the child in cool atmosphere and make the child wear cotton clothes. it is very common to find sweating on the forehead as well as the palms and soles and the other folding areas in the body. sweating is usually a part of metabolism and metabolic growth of the child. usually it's a normal phenomenon. it is a very important that if the palms d/ soles of the child is cold the child is feeling cold and you have to cover the child properly to make the child thermostable that is the child warm by covering the child well. even after that the problem continues it is important to rule out infection in the child and meet your doctor for examination d
