Q.
My 2.11-year-old son speaks only a few words.(around 20-25) For most of the words, he only speaks the first letter of the word ( like for fan fa, pani ke liye pà tutne ke liye tu ,girne ke liye gu). but before speaking all words he first speak my name.He understands many of the things we say. I need help
