my 1yr and 8 months baby is always having fever, I have give her paracetamol syrups but it's not stopping plz what should I do

A. yes, gove it in correct dose and repeat it after four to six hours. you may also do tepid sponging. give hom lots of liquids. and rest allbthe very best
