avoid using diapers, if it still persist, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

Clean it would a mild soap and after that apply Boroline anti septic cream or coconut oil whatever it easily available to you and repeat the process again in the morning and try to use a little warm water instead if you feel the problem is persisting with your child and I would suggest you to get it checked with your doctor ones
