my 19 month old baby boy got chapped lips and getting dry frequently . please suggest

A. This is mostly due to dehydration so I’m going to recommend you to increase the intake of fluids and liquids for your child also at the same time I’m going to advise you to apply Boroline or Vaseline onto the lips of your child regularly to reduce chapping into the lips
