my 18 month baby ko vaccine lgaya kal painless tha but till usko fever aya so how much temprecher is normal?? how much doase give?

A. if the temperature goes beyond 99 degree fahrenheit then only need to give paracetamol to your child and if the fever is again coming you can repeat the paracetamol after 6 hours safely
