A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injuroloy should be rule out in any such fcase which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. U Should keep an ice pack on to that area there is the spelling it is going to settle down over the period but yes you should get a check with your doctor ones don’t take it lightly I don’t know how hard your child got hit so it would be important to get a check with your doctor ones
