my 17 month old babys hair not grow verh much .

For now you can consult a dermatologist and get checked out for any underlying nutritional deficiency

To improve hair growth :
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350.
Give her paneer curd buttermilk lassi, citrus fruits , and millet's items
Don't over use senitizer antibacterial products
