Q.

my 16 days old baby had been pooping after almost every feed since morning. he is being breastfed and is sometimes given formula ( 3-4 times). Poop is yellow in colour and is same water and some solids. once or twice, it was semi liquid. is this something to worry about or normal?

A. normal for newborn. ooping after every feeding is especially common in breastfeeding newborns, When a breastfed baby has a bowel movement after nearly every feeding during the first few weeks, it's a good sign – it means he's getting plenty of milk. ... Just continue breast feeding and keep diaper area clean and dry.

A. Its Absolutely normal please do not worry about it your child is just a newborn child it is very common for a child to pass motion like this in the first month of birth so it’s absolutely normal nothing you need to worry about
