my 15weeks old baby has red rashes upon his neck and am applying Himalaya baby prickly heat powder . what should I do ?

You may apply cataphil lotion over the affected area
Give her cloth free time in a day.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Give her nutritious BM by taking nutritious diet including probiotics millets and citrus fruits
