My 15month old baby has got cold consulted a dr and got cefixime oral suspension 3ml twice and levocetirizine dihydrochloride syrup 3ml once at night and the next day baby has got cough and I could hear the sound of cold from his throat or chest. Do I need to consult the dr again or giving this medicine for next 2 days will cure cough and chest cold or congestion.?at the time of consultation he does not has cough

A. please continue the same medicines for cold and cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
