my 15 months baby's teeth looks decay what should I do ? two of it was discolored since it erupt now it looks like it effecting the other two too

this condition of teeth can be due to lack of proper oral hygiene or calcium and other minerals deficiency.
maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily and consult with Pediatric Dentist for proper examination and early treatment if required.
