My 15 month old is always constipated and has tight stools . She has to put a lot of pressure and today there was slight amount of blood that came along with her stools. I’m extremely worried about this. Please help.

A. blood can be due to slight anal tear due to constipation. increase the water intake of the baby. give high fibre food. serve over night soaked raisins water to the baby. add few drops of desi ghee in milk.
