My 15 days old baby is getting lots of hiccups. why is it so?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. hiccups in children occur due to gas which is present in the stomach.
during the feeding process child takesc air along with milk and that air goes inside the stomach which irritates leading to hiccups.
you have toc offer feeding as well as do proper burping(for atleast 20 minutes) to decrease this problem and it is a self limiting problem
