My 13-month-old does not urinate for ten hours. Is it normal?

A. Is it while sleeping or your child is up when the child is not passing during because this is probably an indication then your child is not taking sufficient amount of liquid and your child could be mild dehydrated which is why your child is not passing sufficient amount of urine as expected
