My 12 months old baby is having cold my paediatrician suggested to give phenergan for running nose now he is not having running nose , he is having cold in chest can I continue same syrup or do I need to change it.

A. this medicine useful only for cold if there is chest condition refer see the doctor. if there is no relief it is advisable to see the doctor for proper examination if there is need for proper investigations also both for diagnosis and treatment
