my 11 month old baby fallen from bed and got hurt at the back of the head. there is no bleeding. What to do for future betterment?

A. see baby for one day having any vomiting nh. for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
