Hello my baby is 9 months he fallen on his head from bed and it is 4th time. when to concern and is there any problem in future for brain

If It has happened for the fourth time in the road and you please get a check with your paediatrician ones because without proper investigation without a proper scan of the skull or brain we cannot say anything right now you please get it checked and this is the age when your child is going to fall the most so please keep your child on the mattress on floor not on the bed
