my 11 month baby daily 5 to 6 times poop after every meal

it can be due to teething problems baby is putting things inside mouth which can cause stomach upset.try giving probiotic supplement like Rinifol Z or flora bc 3.5 ml twice a day for 5 days

I would like you advise you to consult your paediatrician ones and get a medicine done for healthy digestion and after that only your child can have proper weight gain and growth as per the age
