Q.
My 10 month old son is facing loss of appetite and refusing any kind of food even water. He is surviving on breast milk. He does not show any other irritation and is fine other than loss of appetite. Plz suggest.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Give coconut water and light foods to eat and check for teething as sometimes due to pain and irritation in gums the baby refuses to eat so first check and massage gums with clean finger

mostly the reason is teething.
so please give massage with clean finger on sore gums of your child.
provide silicone teether
offer soft food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc to your child.
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day.
maintain good hygiene.
