my 10 month old getting hiccups frequently by giving water does not stop but giving gripe water hiccups stopped. I have been doing it since my baby is 5 months old is it normal for a baby????

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum getting hiccups is common and normal among babies caused by no apparent reason mainly due to stimulation of the diaphragm muscles
baby may get if has fed too quickly or even when laughing out aloud
gripe water is not recommended
