my 10 month old baby has this type of diaper rashes skin is dry red and cuts is it normal???

Use Boroline anti septic cream every three hours into the affected area that’s going to be better I do not use diapers prefer using cotton a piece or I would suggest you to use Charli banana cloth diapers they are also very good to be used during this time or on a regular basis
