my 10 days baby is always sleepyness and she is more sleepy and she's temp 99.4 please suggest what happened

A. 99.4°F is fever so you should give Calpol to the child has been suggested by you are Dr due to fever only because fever is due to some infection in the body and the infection can lead to a lot of sleepiness first of all and secondly it is a tendency of such a small size child to sleep for at least 16 to 17 hours in a day
