My 1 yr 3month old son turn face whenever I offer food he turn his face if I force he spit it up ..he only want liquids to drink ..wht I do pls suggest

A lot of them these things could probably be due to deficiency of iron in the body so you get the haemoglobin level check for the child to have a better clarity and according to that only if there is a deficiency the supplements can be suggested according to thatWrite Your Answer Here
