my 1 year old baby I stopped breastfeeding last 2 days for some reason am giving cow milk with solid food how many times should I give the cow milk for 1 year old baby

A. Hello my dear parent! You can give cow milk once or twice a day. Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500 ML per day. Try giving milk in cute Babyhug cups and sippers to encourage your child to drink milk
