my 1 year baby boy always put his thumb into mouth and eat all things he get . what to do

Teether give it to your child and let your child bite and she upon that seems like your child is having irritation in the gums because of teething so that is why to settle down the irritation kids usually take whatever comes into the hand into the mouth so this is going to avoid that situation for your child
