Q.
my 1 year 5 months baby is having painless swelling on her leg backside knees she is active kid.while touching that swelling she is not t feeling pain.is it ok it will settle on its own?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. can be a lymph node too.. its better to consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment if required.. sometimes its just congenital but sometimes infective too

Hello ma’am Sometimes this kind of swelling can be due to a mosquito bite also which does not have much of pain that way and it settles on its own only but still to be a more on the safer side I am just going to advise you to consult your doctor once if there is any pain or swelling increases otherwise there is nothing to be worried about
