my 1 year 2months old baby is having small red and white bumps all over her body and it's itchy with no fever since 4 to 5 days and whenever i give her bath she cry a lot,i am giving her antibiotics but still not getting the best treatments so please suggest

Maam do you have not posted a picture also to understand what’s the problem and for what purpose antibiotics have been suggested that also it’s not clear to me so it would be better for you to revisit your doctor and avoid giving a bath for the time being
