My son is having small bumps all over his body, which is itchy. He scratch that while itching and it becomes wound. what medicine should I apply.

As of now you can apply coconut oil and a mixture of camphor together but you will have to get it checked with your doctor ones because this week would be very difficult to figure out what is the issue so kindly check with your doctor ones for proper treatment
