Q.

My 1 month old has not passed stool since 3 days this snerio has started after we stoped formula and only breast feeding him also he pass to much gas what should I do?

A. But constipation is completely normal in this age if the child is passing sufficient amount of urine and taking feeding properly then there is definitely no problem with that it has actually got no connection with breast or formula feeding in general
