Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are  usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can beuj used  in a proper dose  for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
Steam inhalation ius repeated frequently .

It’s completely normal the pooping pattern can change for the child from time to time so not a problem but when you say regular milk which milk are you giving other than breastfeeding to the child as that is also going to be important if it is only formula feeding then it’s completely alright but if you’re giving any external milk then that can also be a reason
