hii...when i passed stool it was bleeding and so much pain...hard stool...i am breast feeding mom what is the solution for this...

A high-fiber diet results in softer stool that are passed faster.Increasing your fluid intake can help soften your stools. 8 glasses of water a day. Only drink water with meals rather than juice, anfmd other beverage. Have a glass full of butter milk daily. Do consult your doctor for medication and further management.
