My 1 month old boy got this type of rashes.. I am using Sofy diaper rash cream but rashes do not improve.. It seems painless for him.. Which other cream I should use? (Diaper is compulsary for him due to some medical condition)

Okay so it is looking like more of fungal infection I would recommend you to use can De candid be ointment that is going to be good and keep your child diaper free I do understand your medical condition but it is not necessary that you have to use a disposable diaper try using a cloth diaper that is going to be much airy for the child for the timing and also regularly you can apply Boroline anti septic cream
