i am a breast feeding mom.i only give my child breast milk. what should i do ?  i have given diarrhea medicine for yesterday and today morning as prescribed by doctor. how many days should i wait for the medicine to react and cure with germinasure medicine? please reply

if loose motion of the child is not improving the foremost thing you have to do is take a follow with your doctor.
it is advisable not to give outside milk if going on and you may have to switch to either lactose free milk or soya milk. 
please go for stool examination as well as stool culture which will differentiate lactose intolerance with infection. you can continue to give probiotics like such a super flora gg and zincc supplements.
(you have to hold multivitamin and iron during loose motions)
many times loose motions improving 10 to 15 days also in case of viral diarrhoea.

That’s actually not good if even after medicine it’s not helping you so I would recommend you to kindly check with your doctor in Austin to change the medicine also is in the baby is too small I would definitely recommend you that you should shift to a completely non-lactose milk for the time being
