Q.

my 1.5 m old baby is having cold for two weeks.. doctor has prescribed with mucolite for 1 week.. no improvement.. again tminic for one week.. it's been 6 days after giving tminic... till now no improvement.. (no runny nose, only grunting sound while breathing) kindly guide

A. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated . Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine . As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .y Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be used in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the symptoms . Steam ignhalation is repeated frequently .

A. Then that could be due to some another issue I had advised to go ahead with further investigation to figure out what could possibly be the issue and on that basis without proper test we cannot come come to know what could be the reason behind itWrite Your Answer Here
